Powder Coating
Powder Coating is an electro-static painting process used to paint all different types of metal. (Aluminum, steels, bronze etc.). The metal is first sandblasted and then the painting process begins. The paint ( powder ) adheres to the metal by electro- static charge and then the item is put into the oven to bake at 365 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. This painting process is 10 times more durable than a regular paint application.
At Tiki we can paint anything including T-Tops, patio furniture, motorcycle parts, rims, gates, and even fishing lures. Our oven is 8.5 feet wide by 12.5 feet long.
We carry a large variety of colors and we can special order for your specific needs.
